Day 3

I didn't take any pictures of my food today.. But I ate 2 eggs a generous portion of spinach and 2 pieces of toast. For lunch I was supposed to eat lentils but unfortunately I over cooked the peas so I just replaced that with 2 cups of chick peas. For dinner your supposed to MAKE sushi and some other complicated shit.. I ordered vegetable sushi and a green salad again... Maybe I'll attempt to make sushi today though( day 4) Well see how I feel.. untill next time bloggers! I also miss my old layout!!! They always try to update things and they end up looking worse... On to day 4 I'll take a lot of pics today =)

Day 2

Greek Yogurt and Oatmeal

Day 2 was easier especially because I had off. I actually didn't even finish my oatmeal so I had a piece of toast instead. I am just making little substitutions here and there nothing too major.

Greek Salad with Chicken
The Greek Salad was simple also I actually made a bomb dressing( I'll post recipe tomorrow) It was a recipe from the book I received and I didn't even need to buy anything extra! Awesome. One thing that does annoy me about the cleanse is they don't have enough replacement options.. I don't have time to take all this stuff when I'm not off.. but I'm making it work with what I have.

Black Beans, Tortilla, Brown rice, salsa, guac
I literally get so hungry but dinner I don't know why. Another thing I love about this diet is it teaches you that SO much eating is emotional eating.. or just eating out of boredom.. I literally always do that and now that I'm not I really believe it's going to change my life.

Day 1: Food Blog

I didn't take a picture of my breakfast (and by that I mean it's on my brother's phone.. he's sitting in the next room it's 2:30 in the morning and he just yelled at me for calling because he's sleeping) ANYWAYS, <-- this is what I had for lunch. I was NOT happy the first day I work as an assistant and my boss was running a networking event that night and had to help run it.. I came in very cranky.. Not sure if it was because I was getting my period.. the job is starting to annoy me, I had 2 interviews the next day, or the cleanse. I believe it was the stress of everything. But yes, here are my meals and he looks as good as it tasted! So delicious and healthy.

Luckily my mom told me she was making salmon so I didn't even have to cook =) Although it was annoying that when I came home I was STARVING ... I had to watch everyone drink and eat penne ala vodka. Not happy about it. But I'm happy I waited I got home and enjoyed this meal... AFTER I took my supplements like a good girl and waited. I like talking the supplements at home I feel awkward walking into a bathroom or something and putting oxygen drops in my mouth but I guess I'll have to once I get a full time job..anyways, on the day 2!

Day 1 Intro to Supplements

I actually am starting this on day 3 but I am going to try and recall all the events of the day. I put up pictures of all the supplements that are included in day one. The schedule has gotten easier since it's day 3 but in the beginning I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed. It's a lot but in retrospect it's not bad. You take the supplements than wait 30 minutes to eat meals, you do this before each meal (3) a day and after lunch you also take Alkalinize this green powder stuff I'll talk about later. Optimize<-- a natural vegan supplement goes down pretty easy.. not complaining about it.

Oxygenize<--- Literally liquid oxygen... kinda fun
Mineralize<-- add some of this to your water and you don't even taste it. You drink A LOT of water 3 huge glasses a day(12-32oz) plus during meals probably totals 6 glasses? Unsurprisingly the first day I lost 5 pounds just from water weight.. This helped me get excited =))
<-- I'm cute so I keep my supplements in a cute bag

Backround

The Beachbody Ultimate Reset is the all-natural alternative to harsh "cleanses" and starvation diets that returns your body to optimal health—naturally. When my friend first ordered it I was like your seriously a nutcase-- I judged before I knew what she was really doing. Before I started this cleanse, I went to a local Vitamin Shoppe and spoke to a manager who is very knowledgeable. He assured me all the ingredients in this cleanse are natural and safe to take. That definitely gave me piece of mind. He even said he does a cleanse once every few months. I'm excited, nervous, and ready to feel great!
